Tristan was receptive to the brief and came up with a great concept pretty much the first time around. He was also across all the detail regarding the project at all times. He has a good team of sub-consultants that he obviously has a strong rapport with, and he was able to negotiate and deal with Council on some sticking points which could have been highly problematic had we not been able to resolve them in a timely manner and with some Council compromise - both of which we achieved. The interior and exterior design are great, and all the feedback we've had from potential buyers and others has been amazingly positive. Tristan was also able to take on board specific requests I had to make the documentation more usable for the builder and trades on site, which was received very positively by the subcontractors. I appreciated this collaboration as both a developer and someone who helps people with their own projects. Tristan was able to accommodate those specific requests, even where they may not necessarily have been part of his standard workflow.
